The hotel provides a wonderful evening view from the farewell of my son's room. The rooms are extremely comfortable and peaceful, although one room was still being sanitized when we arrived at 8 pm. The service is warm and welcoming overall, but there was an issue with Mr Vishnu Sharma, the duty manager, not listening. The location, though beautiful and in a resort-like setting, can be a bit confusing to navigate. The dining experience, thanks to Mr Vinay Ranwa and Restaurant Manager, Mr Hemant Sharma, was a highlight with amazing views and service. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at Fairmont was exceptional! The rooms were top-notch, and the team, including Hemant, Kamiya, Devender Dev, Aditya, and the entire Fairmont team, did a fantastic job. I felt like royalty in the very spacious rooms with a fantastic pool view. The lobby bar offers a great variety of beverages, and the welcome experience with flowers and drums was delightful. However, the room felt a bit congested for longer stays once an extra bed was added.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were absolutely comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was the most luxurious I've ever seen with a massive marble bath. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, whether it was catering to our toddler's meal preferences, helping with the pram, or offering great menu recommendations. Special thanks to Mahaveer for taking care of our kids while we relaxed by the pool. Unfortunately, the only downside was the lack of a view.
